Shipping and Tax Charges

Shipping charges will be determined based on cost and number of items purchased. Please note that we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. Your order will be delayed and possibly incur further shipping and handling charges if the address you provide is a P.O. Box. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will incur extra charges.

You must provide the appropriate sales tax exemption certification to qualify for tax exemption. Otherwise, state sales tax will be added to orders shipping within the state of Tennessee. If you are tax exempt and have not ordered from us before, please be sure to include your tax exempt certificate.

Shipping Process

Once we receive your order, please allow 4-6 weeks for processing. Many of our items are ordered from our dealers on an as-needed basis, and their inventory may affect the speed at which your order is processed. Customer service will contact you with any backorders or shortages. Items with customization and embellishment may require extra time, so please call to inquire before ordering. Also note that Nike shoes and socks may take up to 12 weeks to ship from the day they are ordered since we may list items prior to Nike releasing the styles for the season.

Freight Damage and Shipment Shortages

NSG Team Sports is not liable for loss of or damage occurring during the shipping process, however, we will do our best to assist you with filing a claim for the lost or damaged items with the shipping provider. If you receive your order with a shortage, please call us at (615)259-4241 so that we may further assist you.

Return Policy

We guarantee 100% satisfaction with your purchase! Products may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the date the product was shipped to you, when returned in accordance with our Return Policy set forth below.

All returns must be authorized by us and require return authorization prior to sending them in. Call Customer Service at 1-800-966-1044 or contact us via email for a return authorization number. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of return authorization issue date; otherwise the return will not be eligible for credit. Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories (if applicable). Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the merchandise is defective or it was shipped incorrectly. Items will be subject to return shipping charges. Items returned after 30 days will also be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. Custom orders may not be returned unless the merchandise is defective or we made an error when making the custom order product. The return authorization number must be included in all correspondence and returns. We are not responsible for misuse, customer installation or improper storage. Items purchased in a Team Required section of a player pack can be exchanged for a different size only, Optional player pack items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
