Will NSG sponsor or donate money to my team or organization?

NSG receives a large number of requests for donations, event sponsorships, team sponsorships and other various requests. We are unable to fulfill every request; therefore, it would be unfair to grant a few while refusing others. It is our policy not to sponsor individual teams and organizations. However, we are involved in many community projects you may find helpful. Please contact us for further information.

I have an advertising opportunity for NSG, who do I contact?

Does NSG carry items for all sports?

NSG has apparel and equipment options for almost every sport. If you are looking for a particular product not featured on our website, please email us.

If I want to order uniforms for my team, can I get a discount?

We are able to provide team discounts to any team or organization meeting minimum purchase requirements. Please contact our team sales division for details. Also, members of our team sports division will be glad to attend events or sports league sign-ups and provide valuable coupons to team members and coaches.

What is a PlayerPack?

NSG Team Sports offers special pricing to school and university sports programs in the form of PlayerPacks. Each PlayerPack contains all of the equipment and apparel needed to outfit a team member; for example, a PlayerPack for football might include cleats, pads, helmet, pants, and jerseys. At your school or university's discretion, a PlayerPack can also include special pricing on options items such as hoodies, polo shirts, and more.

Accessing Your PlayerPack

Because each PlayerPack is uniquely designed for a particular school and team, you must sign in to our store to view your PlayerPack items and special pricing. If you do not yet have a customer account, you must first create a new account

Don't Have a PlayerPack?

If you are an athlete or family member, and don't know if your school or team has an NSG Team Sports PlayerPack, ask your coach or your school's Athletic Director. If you are a coach, Athletic Director, or school administrator, and you'd like to learn how your school or team could participate in our PlayerPack program, contact us at customerservice@nsgteamsports.com.

Ordering PlayerPack & Fan Store Items

When ordering Team Required items, please refer to the notes in your PlayerPack regarding color seletion by coaches.  If you order the incorrect color it may result in additional fees or shipping time. All items are adult sizes unless otherwise noted. Embellished items are not returnable or refundable.

Receiving PlayerPack Items

Most often, Team Required items in your PlayerPack will ship directly to your school or university, while PlayerPack optional items will ship to you. However, some schools handle this differnetly, so you should check with your coach or school if you have any questions. If you ship items to the wrong desination, your order could be delayed. Also, please note that some items may be unable to ship immediately.  All items should be delivered prior to the first game.

What is your privacy policy?

Your privacy is critically important to us. At NSG Team Sports we have a few fundamental principles:

  • We don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it. 
  • We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.

How secure is my transaction?

Although no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, we're intent on providing you with the highest level of security possible. That is why we protect your data by using encryption technology during critical times during your order process, such as providing payment information. Look for "https:" in your browser's address bar to know that your sensitive information is being encrypted.

What is the best browser to view this site in?

You can use any modern browser you like, including Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari and FireFox. You can also access our website using your smartphone.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

Once we receive your order, please allow 4-6 weeks for processing. Many of our items are ordered from our dealers on an as-needed basis, and their inventory may affect the speed at which your order is processed. Customer service will contact you with any backorders or shortages. Items with customization and embellishment may require extra time, so please call to inquire before ordering.

How long will it take to have my account credited after a return?

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 2-4 weeks. If you do not see an account credit after that time, please contact us.

Can I get a copy of my invoice?

Invoices and receipts are available once an item has shipped. You can track the status of your order when you login to your account. If you do not already have an account, it's quick and easy to set one up. Just click Set Up Account.

Will I be contacted in the case of a backorder?

Yes. One of our customer service administrators will contact you if there are any problems with your order including: backorders, shortages, payment and shipping issues.
